Paul Fetters - Owner
Paul has diligently studied the effects of nutrition and exercise on human physiological performance for more than twenty years.
Paul has worked directly with amateur as well as top professional athletes to prepare them for competition and give them the benefit of the A.M.S. edge.
In addition, Paul's specifically designed "PushFitness System" has enabled thousands of everyday people to regain their bodies and health at the Training Spot.

| Carolyn Fetters - Owner
As an athlete, Carolyn brings her experience
of conditioning and nutrition to the many different clients at The
Training Spot. Her 15 years in counseling nutrition
clients and as the developer of the "Takedown Challenge" makes Carolyn
uniquely qualified to help people in the challenges of healthy living.
Some of Carolyn's accomplishments include:
AA degree in Adaptive Fitness from Orange Coast College
BA in Sociology from UCLA
Continued education in Fitness/Nutrition at SMCC/UCLA
Self-published author of two cook books
Mother of four school-age children

| Geoffrey E.
Myers - Personal Trainer Geoffrey Myers has over 19 years
experience as an athlete, coach, therapist, and functional performance
analyst and advocate.
A graduate of Cal-State University at Long Beach with a B.S. in
Kinesiotherapy and a certificate in Kinesiotherapy (30 units of 500 level
courses plus 1500 hours internship), Geoffrey also holds certifications in
Functional Fitness Institute as an instructor and the National Pitching
Association on advanced pitching. Geoffrey has 180 units in credited
courses (emphasis in the fields of motor function, biology, neuropathology,
and psychology), is currently working on his M.S. in Motor Development, and
preparing for a national board exam to become a Registered Kinesiotherapist.

Mike's 10 years experience in the fitness industry enables him
to provide each client with the highest quality of service,
knowledge, and expertise. His ongoing studies in the fields
of health and fitness make
Mike one of the best and most polished trainers in the our area. His unmatched enthusiasm to all
things pertaining to training and nutrition makes him invaluable to

Diane McCabe - Personal Trainer
Having been in the fitness industry since 1995 makes Diane a sure fit at The Training Spot.
Her cutting edge fitness instruction and integrity to her work keeps us at the forefront of the fitness industry.
Having lived her life battling scoliosis of the spine has made Diane passionate for her studies in post
exercises for joint replacement and strength training for different
dysfunctions of the back and shoulders.
Diane's own achievements in the strength and health community has made her a great role model for all our clients at The Training Spot.
