The Training Spot - In Town
Working out at the Training Spot is a very unique experience. One reason
is that you are able to schedule exactly when you want to workout. While that may sound unusual for
a gym, it actually enables us to provide you with a very personalized and
targeted workout.
When you walk into the Training Spot you will immediately notice that what is
missing - the "intimidation factor" you find waking into the free-weight
area in most fitness centers. Whether you are working out one-on-one with
Paul, or in a session with 2 or 3 other members, you never feel out of place.
You will also notice that you do not need to search for the right machine,
or adjust the equipment every time you rotate between machines. Your workout
will typically work through a series of 4 to 6 different exercise machines,
performing anywhere between 8 and 20 repetitions on each machine. When you
move from machine to machine, our trainers will ensure that the machine is set
for you. And, the transitions between machines are carefully planned out
to target certain muscle groups.
What all this means is that we are able to help you to achieve your maximum physical potential regarding
strength, speed, coordination, and nutrition. Our goal is to aggressively
train you, using a targeted program, so that you will meet and exceed the
rigors of your specific sport.
We utilize the latest
equipment and technologies. This includes Cybex V.R. machines, Free
Weights, Plyo Balls, Thera-Band resistance, Plyometrics,
and Circuit and Cross Training.
We offer a number of Training Spot workout packages. All of
these packages can be tailored to meet you specific needs and requirements.
