How The Challenge Works:


This is the fastest way to lose weight, drop dress or pant sizes, transform your body and look and feel better than you have in years...in just 28 days.


1. Click the sign-up link at the bottom of this page, or call us at either Gym.

2. Stop by either location and complete the registration form by May 4th, 2012.

3. Weigh-in and measurements begin Monday May 7th and run thru Wednesday May 9th.

4. The Challenge officially begins on May 11th. All participants must come to the TakeDown Challenge Headquarters at The Training Spot here in Huntington Beach for orientation. Final assessments, judging, and prizes will be awarded on Saturday, June 9th!

All Orange County women and men ages 18-80 (and teens ages 15-17 with parental permission) who want to lose weight quickly, safely and permanently, by following a proven 28 day exercise and nutrition program, under the supervision and with the support of one of Orange County's leading body transformation experts, Carolyn Fetters and her team of certified personal trainers.
