Balanced Habits Kick Start is a comprehensive nutrition and fitness program. This program has been so successful that it is now being offered three times a year by nearly a hundred gyms throughout the United States and Canada.
Who is the KICK START for?
Women and men ages 18-80 who want to lose weight quickly, safely and permanently. You will receive a proven 28-day nutrition program with exercise guidance under the support and supervision of one of our Certified Food Coaches.
