The primary “brain and memory killer” you can stop in its tracks …

A Healthier, More Oxygenated Brain
Is The Best Doctor Your Body Will Ever Have!

It may only weigh between 2.5 to 2.9 pounds, but it’s going to demand a staggering 20 percent of the total oxygen in your whole body.

It may only be the size of your fist, but it generates enough electricity to power a 25-watt light bulb. And it may be sight unseen, but everyone sees when you are “off,” and not quite as sharp as you should be.

  • They see it when you run into a person you’ve known for years, only to forget their name …
  • They see it when you are engaged in a conversation, only to lose your thought in mid sentence …
  • They see it when you use phrases such as, “it’s on the tip of my tongue,” or “it was just there” …
  • And you see it yourself, too, when you walk into another room to grab something — only to forget why you walked in there in the first place.

If you’ve ever experienced any of those “senior moments,” then you know how embarrassing and frustrating those moments can be. But as you’re about to see, it’s not necessary the aging process that’s causing the problem.

It’s something much more controllable.

Memory lapses like these, are not isolated to the senior population … they affect students from elementary school all the way through college.

In other words, temporary memory lapses can happen to anyone, and the primary cause of all those memory lapses is probably going to surprise you.

I can almost guarantee you the primary cause of your forgetfulness is found in the comfort of your own home.

It’s the most insidious, anti-brain environment you can imagine, and no doubt has caused undue stress, heart ache and pain for the last 100 years.

As you are reading this special report, I’m betting you lunch that you are engaged in this anti-brain environment right now. What is it?

Just this: There is no greater enemy of your brain than the comfort of your living room couch, dining room chair, or office cubicle.

Inactivity is causing your brain to shrink needlessly and prematurely!

That’s why memory lapses like these, are not isolated only to the senior population, and affect students from elementary school all the way through College.

But there really is an easy, practical solution.

Consider this: the human brain evolved under conditions of constant threat and motion.

Back in the days of the hunter gatherer, the brain was — and still is — a survival organ, whose job was to solve problems related to surviving. In fact…

It wasn’t the strongest bodies that survived — It was the strongest minds.

And the more they moved, the more it positively affected their executive function, spatial tasks, reaction times and quantitative skills.

According to John Medina, of the book Brain Rules, you need to grow more blood vessels in your brain.

You read that right. It’s called brain plasticity, and guess what increases and deepens blood vessels?

Exercise! Blessed exercise!

A combination of aerobics and weight bearing exercise, allows you to grow more blood vessels give the brain more access to oxygen. According to Medina …

“Exercise doesn’t just increase oxygen to the brain … it also fertilizes it.”

He’s quick to admit, that scientists didn’t always think this way.

They used the think that exercise was just a rising tide; everything got better with increase vascular health. They know better now.

They know that exercise has specific effects on the brain, such as …

The more you exercise, the more a chemical known as brain-derived neurothrophic factor, or BDNF, (he calls it fertilizer) stimulates the growth and proliferation of specific regions of the brain and the growth of new brain cells.

You actually increase localized blood flow to a specific area of the brain called the dentate gyrus. This gyrus is a part of the hippocampus and aids memory formation, and is largely responsible for memory recall.

The more you exercise, the more BDNF you produce. It’s the one-two punch that makes Medina believe that …

“Exercise isn’t for general health as much as it is for … specific brain health.”

In other words, exercise is about the best thing you can do for your brain.

  • Your brain uses about three times as much oxygen as your muscles do … three times!
  • Your brain cells are very sensitive to decreases in oxygen, and will not survive or function without adequate supplies of it.
  • The hormone BDNF makes your brain younger, improves your brain’s executive function, (that’s your ability to focus on complex tasks to organize and to think abstractly), and improves working memory.

Research has proven time and again that exercises learn faster, remember more, think clearer, and bounce back more easily from brain injuries.

Art Kramer, neuroscientist at the University of Illinois took a year to scan the brains of 120 adults, and split them into two groups: exercisers and non-exercisers.

After a year, the exercise group’s MRI scans showed an increase in brain volume. Unfortunately, the non-exercise group lost an average of 1.5% of their brain volume.

So is it any wonder, then, that when your brain is well nourished and has all the oxygen it needs, it also helps heal the rest of your body?

After all, when the control center — your mind — is healthy, it can send out the proper information through your nerves to help with muscle weakness, balance, dexterity, and a host of other physiological benefits.

For example:

  • The last time you cut your finger, your brain triggered a host of commands to release blood clotting cells to rush to the wound, and ordered your cells to begin closing it.
  • When you catch a cold or the flu, your brain signals your immune system to kick in  to overdrive, and insists your cells kill the bug that attacked you.
  • When your heart, lungs, liver or other organs become unbalance in some way, your brain is programmed to release chemicals to restore balance.

In fact, your brain is the regulator of your whole body, its function and is critical for your energy, health and life:

  • Your brain commands your heart to beat without you ever knowing it…
  • Your lungs, too, are commented to breath and take up oxygen and expel carbon dioxide  without ever bothering you to think about it…
  • And your brain regulates your bowels, your sleep patters, your need for food and water, and alerts you to your sexual needs.

Your brain is phenomenal, so …

  • Chronic cold extremities, like fingers and toes, are filled with powerful circulation, restoring soothing warmth and reducing cramps…
  • High blood pressure and high cholesterol plummet, leaving you much less vulnerable to heart attack or stroke …
  • Sexual problems, due to lack of energy and low testosterone  become a thing of the past.
  • What’s more, you’ll discover that the vitamins and other supplements you are taking work better.

As soon as you get your body pumping more blood, oxygen and nutrients to your brain, you’ll start getting the health benefits you’ve been promised for years, but never fully enjoyed.

BONUS: You’ll even find that some prescription medications you are taking become more effective, with FAR fewer side effects.
